How do we want to implement the first version of our workout feature?

You can choose one of our pre-made workout plans, you can create your own plan from scratch or you can let our personal trainer create a plan for you.

In the first version this works like that:
Based on some input variables..
- Goal
- Training frequency/week (leads to variant change and training plan selection)
- Expertise level (self input)
- Focus muscles (if any)
​
NOT a variable in the first version:
- Workout history
​
How many training plans to implement? 15 plans and three variants for each plan? Maybe for some plans variants make no sense.
